DispatchHealth has redefined health care delivery to offer on-demand acute care and advanced medical care for people of all ages in the comfort of their own home.

I joined the team in 2021 with the objective to level our positioning as a human-centered, modern, and forward thinking brand.

I challenged us to ask:

What does human look like… 

sound like… 

feel like…   

and what feeling does home trigger?

Logo Evolution

A tightened up word-mark that brings HEALTH more front and center. A richer and more energizing color that lends itself to broadened usage but maintains thetone of medical aid and urgency. A primary stand-alone word mark that can exist with conviction and maturity.

Color

A primary color palette with less subjectivity and will evoke the same tone even when colors are refined to 2-3. Supporting hues that are inviting, soothing, calming, and reflective of those seen in everyday surroundings. A lighter complement to the new, energetic warm red.

Typography

Typefaces with accessibility and aging vision top-of-mind. DispatchHealth is a thought leader and expert. Written words are to be as trusted as they are read, and the aesthetic of the type should convey that. An approachable tone achieved by opening up and employing wider letter forms. Confident, but not overly authoritative or didactic.

Photography

A shift from graphic illustration to a more photo-driven approach, which showcases intimate and celebratory scenes. Relate more and connect us closer to our customers and elevate the patient experience with a macro focus on patient life.
